New term starts on Monday 11th. November 2013
8 weeks, plus 2.5 hour workshop - €75.
This term also includes a pranayama and meditation class, which is free to all current students. The maximum number of students at each of the pranayama classes is 8 per session.
Classes in Ballyroan Community and Youth Centre:
Level 1 : 7.15-8.30pm; focus is on viniyoga therapy and restorative yoga.
Level 2: 8.30-9.45pm; focus on strong vinyasa, building a core stability with safe alignment.
Level 2 classes are ideal for those who regularly train and wish to cross-train by introducing yoga into their regular training, e.g. athletics, strength training, martial arts, golfers, rugby, etc.,
